Our mission here at FAMILY LIFE is to evangelize the world...and we believe that starts right here in our own backyard.

From working with local school's to hand-delivering Blessing Bags, our goal is to put hands and feet to the Gospel message and bring hope, light and comfort to those we come in contact with daily.

Below you will find a few organizations we are partnering with.

For specific event information, please see our EVENTS tab above.
  1. Blessing Bags are small and easily kept in your car for 'on-the-spot' outreaching! If you spot a homeless person, or someone in need, during your everyday activities, simply give them a bag. We accept donations of the following: Large Size Ziploc Bags, Antibiotic Ointment, Bandaids, Chapstick, Combs, Dental Floss, Deodorant, Nail Clippers, Hand Sanitizer, Toothpaste/Brushes, Socks, Water Bottles, Granola Bars, and Mints.

  2. The main focus of the House of Refuge, Sunnyslope, Inc., is to provide a safe and sober transitional living environment that can restore men and women through full time work, the Bible, and fellowship with others. Family Life is partnering together with the House of Promise to serve meals to the women who are living there.

  3. Did you know that most of the needs in our communities are represented at the local school? The same kids in your congregation are the ones sitting in the classrooms where your church can make a difference! Family Life is partnering together with local schools to build relationships, coordinate service projects, and bridge the gap between church and schools so that together we can build stronger communities.

  4. Family Life is partnering with the House of Promise/House of Refuge/House of Hope to provide mentors who can come alongside men and women in their time of need and offer encouragement and friendship. If you are interested in becoming a Mentor, please see Ami Krein.
